日本 Season

Rainy Season (つゆ)

In most of Japan, the rainy season lasts from the beginning of June to mid July. During this season it is most not suitable for a visit because it can limit our travel activity that involved with outdoor activities and outdoor attractions.

However, this season is good in visiting temples, garden and hot springs. The top few site that can be attractive during the rainy season are Mount Koya, Hakone, Hot Springs and Hokkaido.

From 1 to 4 of June last year, 2012 I had been in Osaka for my first holiday trip. The weather very cool and mild. The sky are dark but its not the sign of rain. The air very breeze not even polluted. I wonder how the big city like Japan can maintain that. Only the last day of my trip, then there was heavy rain.
